I have been meaning to redesign this website since 2006. I went through many failed concepts before settling on this one, and finally after 4 months of tinkering, winniecheng.net is ready to launch again! I hope you have enjoyed viewing this website as I have creating it. I am a hands-on person and prefer to learn through experience, and this excercise has updated my skills with Dreamweaver considerably.
Drawing is my primary interest. I prefer an illustrative style with emphasis on narrative. Most of my works tends to surrealism and the imagination. At present I am applying my drawing abilities in my design works.
I am currently employed at GTE Directories (B) Sdn Bhd as a Graphics & Print Supervisor. My main responsibilities are creating ads, Special Interest Guides, Tourist Supplement Pages and government pages as well as planning the pagination of the directory. I will also oversee the print quality at the printing plant.
I graduated from University of Toronto in 2006 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts specialising in Design. At the same time I received a Diploma of Studio Arts from Sheridan College, School of Animation, Arts and Design as part of the joint degree.
